SF, is truly a classic home in the 'French Country' style.
A combination of stone and stucco. The black "carriage
doors" with glass panels add to the richness of the
look. This home features a country kitchen and 2 storey
great room.
This
home also features a convenient single bay garage for
kitchen access.
Hi
Bill:
We've had so many compliments and so many drive bys it's
getting down right embarrassing! We love what you have
created and thank you so much for all you patience to
make our house just right for us.
As you might have noticed by the finishings, we increased
the budget to maximize your design, because we felt to
do a Bill Daniels home right, you can't go half way! And
I must say I know we made the right decision.
Anyhow, I hope you liked what you saw when you visited.
Sincerely,
Connie and Frank Geier

At
2777 SF, the 'Petite Maison' exudes a charming "French
Country" feel. Large front gables with stone and cedar
wall shingles lend to the distinct styling. The rear covered
patio has a wood burning fireplace and circular roof.

A
rancher styled in the "French Country" theme,
with stone, stucco and cedar siding.
The
'French Normandy' style rooflines with heavy trim gives
this home its distinctive look.

This
cottage-type home with its sweeping roof entry, is great
for a small family. It has a small den/office at the entry
and upon entering the home, one looks straight through the
dining room to French doors at the rear. The kitchen and
nook area with its large sit-up island, looks over the great
room to views of the rear yard beyond. Stairs to the upper
floor and basement are positioned to fall into the great
room area. The upper floor has a master and 3 other bedrooms,
all with their own ensuites. |

The
Point Grey home is a classic craftsman style home. Although
appearing to be compact, this 4 bedroom home has a super-sized
open living area, composed of connecting living room and
dining room, a double sided fireplace to form a hearth room
in the kitchen/dining area. Its owners will be tempted to
relax, dine and entertain outdoors from the family room
through double sets of French doors. The family room also
has a volume ceiling for more drama. The wrap-around covered
porches offer subtle warmth to the home with its stucco
and cedar shingle siding. There's also a private den/library
for quiet times, to sit and read in front of the fire and
don't miss the "secret" room just off the master
bedroom closet. |

The
Gables is a French Country style home which could be your
dream home offering character, lasting beauty and ever lasting
styling. A combination of long sweeping rooflines with a
stone "sacking" exterior explains it all. French
doors lead to the rear and is superbly set up for entertaining.
The rotunda entry allows enough room for a five-foot display
table featuring a massage floral arrangement. Some of the
other spectacular features of this home are a butler's service
pantry off the kitchen and an island designed to resemble
a period piece of furniture. The balance of the cabinetry
is made of maple. The focal point of the family room is
a 15' high ceiling together with a large Hojas style mantle
fireplace, hardwood floors, and wood and wrought iron railings
on the staircase. This home flows beautifully and has 4
bedrooms, each with Jack 'n Jill ensuites. The master suite
is comfortably appointed complete with walk-in closet and
a very private ensuite with double vanities. In summary,
this home is awesome having many wonderful delightful surprises
throughout. |

This
home, as with any of my designs, are unique in their own
right. This particular home has a French Normandy appearance.
It has a slate roof with a very dramatic sweep, giving
the opportunity to have a unique entry into the home.
From the very pleasant approach in the auto-court, your
eyes will be drawn to the awning over the Juliette balcony,
then to the carriage doors which accent the garage. The
interior is expansive, open and truly regal in appearance.
Large open spaces allow light to fill the home in abundance,
especially in the combined kitchen and family room.

A
perfect Craftsman style home, this rancher/rambler format
is approximately 2400 sq. feet which provides more functional
space than its square footage belies. The curved roofline
is duplicated in both the front and back façades and as
such, is characteristic of old world styling. The 12 foot
ceilings offer a sense of loftiness and spaciousness.
By consolidating the living and dining room with the kitchen
and sitting area, the owner feels no loss of space and
can enjoy the play of light in every room. The rear porch
is complemented by an outdoor fireplace.

"The
Morgan Creek" is a traditional style home with all
the architectural detailing to draw your eye to the home
including the "carriage doors" on the garage.
A small front porch is very appealing. A great family
home, this two-story home of pebble-dash type stucco,
board and baton and stone, each tastefully applied. The
garage has a side entry, for that stately appearance.
At the front entry, one arrives to a covered porch area.
Immediately to the right is a private entrance to the
home office through a set of French doors. The front glass
panel door leads one into an inviting foyer with a dining
room to the left side and a peak-a-boo view straight through
the rear French doors in the great room to the rear yard.
The kitchen, with its large size island, looks over the
great room. Stairs in the great room lead both to the
upper floor as well as to the basement area. The upstairs
offers a master plus 3 bedrooms for either the larger
family or as a guest suite.

This
'tudor' style home is designed with heavy facias, large
overhangs and gables. A combination of 'old world' stucco,
cedar wall shingles and stone gives the home its presence.
It
has a 3 car, side-entry garage with bonus room over. At
approx. 4200 sq ft it's a home with everything. Built
and owned by Gallery Homes.
When
recommending our customers to Bill, we feel confident
that they will not only be thrilled with the final results,
but that the process will have been an enjoyable one.
The homes Bill designs, are exclusive to each customer,
with both the street appeal and floor plans being outstanding.
Bills' designs are always a classic in the neighborhood,
and truly a home to be proud of.........we recommend him
highly.

The entrance of this prestigious, Craftsman style home, has a large porch and gable ends using a combination of cedar shingles and heavy pebble dash stucco, large supporting posts and tasteful rock detailing - all of which contributes to the 'old world' charm of this home. Finer details such as curved copper roofs on projecting boxed out windows further add to the elegance of this design. This "arts-and-crafts" styling is very much in-vogue today and is much of what Bill is known for.

Designed specifically for the hospital lotteries, this home is French Country in styling and is one of the most popular designs Bill has created. With approximately 2700 square feet of living space, it offers a relaxed feeling without compromising on the elegant appeal. A sweeping roofline highlights the entry and has matching black shutters on the windows above, accentuating the black front door. The interior is unique in that it has 15 foot ceilings which deliver 12 foot windows thus allowing the opportunity to bring that outdoor feeling to the inside living space. Entering into this classic style home, one is overwhelmed by the sheer volume in the living room, complemented by the elegant dining room which is positioned at its side for formal entertaining. French doors of the dining room enhance its beauty. Down a short passage way leads one to the expanse of a beautiful kitchen for informal entertaining with friends. Your eye is certainly drawn to the stone fireplace characterizing this room. |
